This past Friday, 11/01 it broke down on me AGAIN!! And was told by the service team that it would cost me over $1000 to fix it, and my warranty I have doesn't cover it . There OWN Salesman Al even mention to me in a phone conversation on 11/02 that he was convinced my car was a LEMON when it was sold to me. To have him say that and them completely ignore it is horrible. So it was towed to them from my home and was told by Al to come into the dealership yesterday and he'd help me get into another car. Get there , he wasn't there, spent 5 hrs in this place, missed a whole day of work and two hours of driving for them to tell me there was nothing they can do to help me. Sold me this car with preexisting issues is against the law whether it was used/as is or not. Within 60 days this car has broken down on me twice and now I'm left with nothing AND a car payment. This isn't right at all and I hope no one else gets trapped into the big whoha of how popular they are SUPPOSE to be, they used that against people, and I'll make sure this goes way beyond just a review.
